- Commitment to the establishment of Toolern Regional Park, Kororoit Creek Regional Park, and Western Grassland Reserve
- The Western Interstate Freight Terminal forming the core of an industrial precinct

Dingo Discovery and Research Centre
The Dingo Discovery Sanctuary and Research Centre was established in 1990 and is set on a 40 acre property in the foothills of beautiful Macedon Ranges. This centre works to preserve the original gene pool of the Australia Dingo.
Hundreds of visitors from around the globe visit this centre to learn more about the Australia Dingo, its origins and role. Open days, special bookings and group tours are available.
